Shipping & returns.
Order processing
Every hat is checked, steamed and packed in a rigid box before it leaves the studio, usually within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking once the carrier scans your parcel.
Delivery
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Express options and destination-specific rates will be enabled when the shipping account is connected. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over $150.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition with the original box. Hats that have been reshaped, worn in the rain or altered are excluded. The return portal will be connected before launch.
Size exchanges
Hats are sold in three head sizes. If the fit is not right, contact the studio with your order number and we will reserve the replacement size where stock allows. Size exchanges are free.
